Calm Down Bottles

Easy to make and a great tool for big emotions and hard transitions- we love sensory bottles for littles! Just add water, glitter and food coloring to an empty water bottle and shut the lid tight. Tape it up to make sure it doesn't leak. Picture from MyKidsTime
